The first step in the application review process is for you to prepare your National Visa Center application package. In most cases, this will include a DS-260 form, an affidavit of support application, a public charge application, civil documents, and the supporting documents for the package.
Once you have your application ready to submit, you’ll scan your complete package and submit it to us through your Immigration Coach online account.
An Immigration Coach immigration lawyer will then do a detailed review or your complete application. We will then provide you with a detailed written report that provides our guidance and recommendations for your application.
A key goal of our review and feedback is to assist you in avoiding the common mistakes people encounter when preparing their National Visa Center application.
Your next step will be to review your Immigration Coach’s comments and make any needed updates to your application package.
After you receive your detailed comments on your National Visa Center application, you’ll be able to submit any questions you have about our comments.
You’re now ready to submit your application to the National Visa Center. After you submit, you’ll still have access to your Immigration Coach to ask questions about the process as your case moves forward.
Our National Visa Center application review service is designed to assist and guide you as you prepare and submit your National Visa Center application. The application review service is ideal if you are comfortable preparing your own application but would like the added confidence of having an immigration lawyer review your application before you submit it to the National Visa Center.
The application review service is limited to reviewing the application that you prepare on your own. It does not include in-depth legal analysis of your situation, our staff preparing your application or supporting documents, or our staff updating your application or making any needed updates. As a coaching service, we will provide you with guidance and information, but you’ll prepare and submit your application.
Our application review service is a coaching service and does not include in-depth legal analysis needed to address complex legal issues in a case.

Some of the common reasons for wanting a second look included:
At the same time, we realized that people often ended up falling into at least one common mistake or pitfall when they were trying to prepare their application on their own:
With this in mind, we designed our application review service to provide our clients with the second look that they wanted, with the flexibility and affordability that they needed, while helping to guide them around the common mistakes that they risked falling into by doing it all on their own.
