Our application review services are designed to assist and guide you as you prepare and submit your immigration application. The application review service is ideal if you are comfortable preparing your own application but would like the added confidence of having an immigration lawyer review your application before you submit it to USCIS.
The application review service is limited to reviewing the application that you prepare on your own. It does not include in-depth legal analysis of your situation, our staff preparing your application or supporting documents, or our staff updating your application or making any needed corrections. As a coaching service, we will provide you with guidance and information, but you’ll prepare and submit your application.

How It Works:
You Prepare Your Application
The first step in the application review process is for you to prepare your immigration application. In most cases, this will include both immigration forms and the supporting documents for the forms.
Upload Copy of Your Application
Once you have your application ready to submit, you’ll scan your complete package and submit it to us through your Immigration Coach online account.
Your Immigration Coach Reviews Your Application
An Immigration Coach immigration lawyer will then do a detailed review or your complete application. We will then provide you with a detailed written report that provides our guidance and recommendations for your application.
A key goal of our review and feedback is to assist you in avoiding the common mistakes people encounter when preparing their immigration applications.
Review Your Coach's Comments and Guidance
Your next step will be to review your Immigration Coach’s comments and make any needed updates to your application package.
Ask Follow-Up Questions
After you receive your detailed comments on your immigration application, you’ll be able to submit any questions you have about our comments.
Submit Your Application
You’re now ready to submit your application to USCIS or the Department of State. After you submit, you’ll still have access to your Immigration Coach to ask questions about the process as your case moves forward.
